I offer one-on-one sessions for people who want to better understand what’s driving their reactions, beliefs, and relationship dynamics.

This work includes both conversation and awareness of what’s happening in the body, helping you access insight that goes beyond thinking alone.

This work is not about quick fixes or surface-level advice. It’s about getting honest, seeing clearly, and creating real movement.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come. Just a willingness to look at what’s truly present.

How to move forward with more clarity and intention​

We may also bring attention to what’s happening in your body—slowing down, noticing physical sensations, and using that awareness to access deeper insight. The body often holds information that isn’t immediately available through thinking alone and learning how to connect with that can be a powerful part of the process.

This is a space for honesty, not performance.

Sessions

You can book sessions as needed. There’s no requirement to commit to multiple sessions.

Some people come once for clarity.


Others return when something new comes up or when they want to go deeper.


Some choose to meet more regularly—weekly or bi-weekly—as a way to stay connected to the work and build momentum over time.
